Attaché & Prophet support direct

In 2007 Attaché New Zealand took on a new direction with the introduction of the Attaché Software Centre Auckland.  Supporting over 100 clients in both Attaché 7 and Prophet the Auckland teams based at head office are busy learning how to think like our dealers and better understand not only their business but being at the coal face we are learning more about how our client use our software. This feedback will be invaluable in shaping the products and the future direction of Attaché Software.

 

A great benefit to any client is having the support for your system handled directly by the Attaché Software Centre in Auckland.  The team of people supporting your software are the same people that are involved in developing the software.  Collectively the team at Attaché have a huge amount of experience in creating, supporting and implementing our solutions, therefore giving your company piece of mind that you will always receive the best possible support.

 

Team Members

Brent Adonis – Attaché Support Consultant

Brent Adonis is our main Attaché Software Centre Auckland consultant.  He has some great experience working as a Systems Analyst for a company in South Africa, looking after their main accounting systems and system processes. He was also involved in integrating in house third party applications to simplify the company accounting processes and reporting. Prior to that, he was a Tax Investigator for two years with New Zealand’s IRD, conducting audits on individual taxpayers, companies and trusts. Prior to this he gained valuable experience as a Fixed Assets Accountant for the leading telecommunications company in South Africa. Brent started his career as a junior accountant for one of South Africa’s biggest property management firms, Anglo American Property Managers.

Brent brings a blend of professionalism and an easy manner that makes him a pleasure to work with. His ‘can do’ attitude is custom made for the Auckland business scene and his determination to find the right solution is already helping to make him a popular member of the team.

 

Lorren Deacon – Attaché Support Manager

Lorren graduated in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business and Information Management (BBIM) majoring in Accounting from the University of Auckland.  In the four years since then she has been working in the Auckland Support Team for Attaché Software NZ and is currently the Support Manager.  While she has often been referred to as the ‘Attaché Alex Expert’ or ‘NZ Payroll guru’, she has a full understanding of both Attaché Prophet and Attaché 7.  This knowledge has come from her experiences with frontline support, user and consultant training, documentation, and final testing.
