Director Jeannette Tracy, since taking ownership of Neogen in 1999 has grown the company from a single consultant operation to one employing 8 staff and servicing over 150 clients throughout Northland, Auckland, and Waikato, Australia and into the South Pacific.
Neogen possesses a unique operational experience of the Attaché products with many of its core staff having started their careers working for Attaché Software.
Our extensive skills encompass all aspects of implementation and operation. Including business requirements, providing specifications for client approval, data extraction & application integration, customising software to fit specific client’s needs, report and website development and provide functional and technical training and support.
We also offer accounting advice and services at any stage of your business lifecycle.

Jeannette Tracy – Dealer Principle
Before joining Neogen Jeannette started her career with Attaché Software as Customer Services Manager. Jeannette’s expertise is in the technical and day to day running of Prophet with a background in software support, website, database and multimedia design, report writing and training.
Adam Holland – Development
With a Diploma in Business Computing Adam began his career at Attaché Software as part of the development team, then as Research and Development Manager. Adam joined Neogen in 2002. Adam has over 13 years extensive programming and management experience and heads Neogen’s development team.
Jean–Murray Tracy – Consultant
With a Certificate in IT, Jean-Murray was employed by Attaché Software as a consultant on the support helpdesk. Previous roles include hardware support for H.P and Compaq and internet and telephony support for Telstra Clear. Jean Murray joined Neogen in 2005.
Suzanne Waddell - Consultant
One of Neogen’s original consultants, Suzanne started with Neogen in 2002. With a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Financial Management Accounting and over four years industry experience using Attaché7, Suzanne has a full understanding of how Attaché7 and Prophet Business Software work.
Murray Tracy – Business Accounting
Was the Principle and Director of International Business Consultants Ltd before merging the company with Neogen in 2008. Commencing his career in 1954 Murray has over 50 years experience in the Business Accounting Industry. Murray specialises in strategic business planning and management accounting.
Coco Fu – Accounting Consultant
Coco has just completed her graduate diploma in business accounting to qualify for membership to the NZICA. Coco joins Murray in Neogen’s accounting division and enjoys the work she does for our clients in the compliance and management accounting arena and taxation and business development.
James Wang - Developer
With a Batchelor of Computer Science James has worked with Neogen since 2006 in the development team. James is responsible for development of custom reports, applications and specialises in website solutions.
